Dr. D. Y. Patil Law School was established in 2017 under Dr. D. Y. Patil University with the objective of imparting excellence in legal education.
The Law School offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, focusing on Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, International Law, and Intellectual Property Rights.
In 2017, the Law School moved into a newly constructed building modeled after the Supreme Court of India, spread across 20 acres within the university campus.
